My mission is to help as many people as possible feel good about their body, be body confident, strong and healthy. I start at where you are, fully support and work with you to create a healthy lifestyle programme that’s realistic, sustainable and suited to your schedule and environment. We are all created uniquely and as a result, I don’t believe one shoe fits all.

Helping women feel good on the inside and look good on the outside is my divine calling. Everyone deserves to feel confident and enjoy a life of optimum health. With all the information about health and fitness, weight loss, diets available out there, if I didn’t know better, I’d wonder why people are struggling to lose the weight that’s affecting their health. However, with over 20 years experience, I know that to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight, you need more than just knowledge. Knowledge is the easiest and first step. Applying that knowledge is the difficult part and that’s where I come in. I help you create a system that works.

It’s what I do best – help women lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. My coaching style is collaborative. We work together and I act as a catalyst to help you move forward. I believe that everyone can live a healthier life with the right support irrespective of your genetic code, current state and what might have transpired in the past.


My style is collaborative. For the duration of our sessions, our relationship is a partnership. I partner with you and support you to get results quicker than if you were on your own. The coaching sessions are 100% about you, the results you desire and what is best for you. Together we will identify and clarify your goals, create an achievable and realistic action plan that is sustainable, taking into account your location and daily schedule. As your coach, I track your progress and keep you motivated by challenging and supporting you to break the habits that are preventing you from achieving your desired result. I will help you get past the inevitable obstacles that pop up whilst on your journey to make healthy(ier) living a lifestyle.
