a healthy lifestyle advocate, educator, weight-loss coach and fitness enthusiast with 24yrs experience.
My journey to take control of my body started 2 decades ago after the birth of my first child. I studied several weight loss methods and came up with a sustainable system that has kept me at a healthy weight 24yrs and counting.
I realised that whatever I did then to lose my excess weight had to be something I could sustain for life or else my weight would creep back up. Fad diets were out of the question because deprivation is at the root of weight yo-yoing up and down. I learnt how to take care of my body by focusing on nourishment (my body’s dietary needs) and regular physical activity (exercise).
My method helps my clients break the habits that have held them back and develop new behaviours and routines that make way for longer lasting results and optimal health
