My second week steps…similar to week 1. 53629. I will make my target but feeling Einstein at present. If you change nothing nothing changes so gatsto up my game next week.

I achieved my steps by doing extra activities (listed below) apart from my regular workout, dancing while working (as the nature of our business involves a lot of moving around)

MONDAY

Week 2 Total stepps count 99,312. It getting harder and my legs hurts. I kind of enjoy it now as i do less driving and work more. I dont miss my gym activities 5 times day. I love to dance. I dont seat more than 10 minutes without standing up and moving my body. All the same is a good one. Activities for the week. Zuma dace, aerobics, Tabitha 1st level and 2nd level. Steps aerobics, body pump with flat bars and with 15kg weight.

    Wow Gov, well done!! This could be because you are doing different types of exercises than normal and doing more walking. Hopefully, your legs will soon settle. I did experience some pain I’m my legs last week as well but thankfully after stretching throughout the day for several days, that has now eased off. All the best this week!

Chai, this thing is trying to block my market o! For some reason the weekly total is wrong. I thought the old total of 67k looked a bit light!

My correct step count for the week is 70113.
