I enjoyed this challenge as I like walking. I hit my target though my step count is lower than when I did same challenge last year but also down to challenges recording  my steps (My Fitbit broke for a while). I hope to continue and up my daily count to minimum 10,000 with one rest day only. Thank you CK. Looking forward to the next one.

Was at a conference most of last week and spent my evenings at a water park so couldn’t use my Fitbit !

Hello ladies,

Just realised I posted my 3rd week result in week 2.

I managed to get 121,848 steps so I have gone over and above Silver which was what I signed for. Will just take it easy this week.

I’m quite pleased with myself. I managed to push that little bit more to log more steps in this week. Had issues with my big toe and right foot hurting on Friday so I walked instead of my planned run and pushed the run to Saturday morning.

Total steps for last week 14th – 20th May is 86410.

Monday 14th – 40min run, Upper body strength, 30min Spin, 15-Min Elliptical

Tuesday 15th- 1 hour dance, 30min strength

Wednesday 16th – 40min Run, 55min Spin, 5min Abs

Thursday 17th – 60min Zumba Ripped

Friday 18th –  40min TM walk, 20min LatX Elliptical , 5min Abs

Saturday 19th –  52min run

Sunday 20th – Rest
