Week 4, my total steps 72,323. My trip off town reduced my steps. Am very happy for myself oooo doing what ordinary i would have done. Now my legs dont hurt again infact if i seat for more than 20 minutes without getting up now is like something is wrong with me. The challenge is good and healthy too.

I didn’t clock as many steps as I did last week but the good news is, I will get to Gold Level by 31st May.
Yay!!!! I’m so pleased with my efforts. The extra running has really helped bump up my step count.
Monday – 30min run, 45min Spin, Upper body strength
Tuesday – 1.15min dance, Light lower body strength
Wednesday – 45min run, 45min Spin, Lower body strength
Thursday – 55min freestyle dance with 1kg dumbbells, 5min Coré Slider Abs
Friday – 45 min run, 45min Spin, Biceps,Triceps,Abs

As usual, I walked. A little spice this week. On Friday, I climbed a mountain, so on Saturday, my legs refused to move. As for Sunday, I danced, danced, danced.

Hello ladies we have finally come to the end of the challenge. I was able to still tick my box though I had reached and surpassed my Silver target as at week 3.
In the week that was 21stto 27th I managed 91,774 steps.
Total steps 1st to 27th 447,552.
