I upped my steps this week. Mainly thanks to a scavenger hunt I took part in on Thursday afternoon/evening. It meant walking around Central London for 5 hours. I was knackered at the end but it felt good! I’m hoping to do a couple of classes this week so my numbers don’t take too much of a nose dive.

Week 2 done.

I’m just walking everyday

Monday – 6.04 miles

Tuesday – 5.24 miles

Wednesday – 3.6 miles (I slacked)

Thursday – 6.58 miles

Friday – 4.75 miles

Saturday – 5.58 miles

Sunday – 5.44 miles

Hope to keep up the tempo.

Any tips on how to upload Apple watch data to this forum would be much appreciated.

    How do you get the iwatch updates? I don’t think I get it. I just took a pic of the weekly summary. You have to remember to do it on Sunday night though as it resets on Monday

    My weekly totals (update) come in on Monday, so I take a screenshot (hold the two buttons on the side and press down simultaneously) of the section I want.

Hello fit and fab ladies.

Hope we were able to meet our target last week? Never mind we have two weeks to make up before the end of the challenge. My week was topsey turvy was a bit under the weather but still managed to meet and go above my weekly target. The week that was:

Monday: 1hr 15mins jog/walk & 40mins cardio.

Tuesday: 1hr 30mins dance

wednessday: 2hrs 15mins walk

thursday: 2hrs walk

friday: 1hr 50mins walk

saturday: spring cleaning & dance. Total active hours was 12

Sunday: 1hr dance. & 30mins walk around my compound.

Total steps will be posted tomorrow

we can do this let’s keepmoving and keepwalking.

Monday- 30min run, 50min Spin , Lunges with med ball.

Tuesday – 20min Strength , 60min Zumba 

Wednesday – 35minrun, resistance exercises for the back, 45min Spin, 5min Abs

Thursday – 30 min Strength , 45 min Zumba Activate   5min Abs 

Friday – 30 min run, 45 min Spin   4×10 decline Abs, 4×10 hanging CC Abs
