Despite Ramadan and a persistent tooth ache…NOT giving any excuses
My step efforts wasn’t as l planned It but l still tried …

I’m happy with what l have achieved and hopefully will improve on this next year..

Some of my weekly activities involved spinning thrice a week, house cleaning, using my legs more instead of the car to mention a few …

Va va voom!

Total steps for May challenge 377,406.

I signed up for the gold. Luckily, by week 4, I had met my goal which probably made me lazy these 4 days.

May 28-31, only 36,426

So proud of myself. I should celebrate with another mountain hike this weekend, my legs have recovered from the last attempt.

Hello fit and fab family. This challenge has further made me to realise that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Just believe and trust and the rest is history.

I registered for Silver and got scared at the beginig thinking I won’t be able to make it but thank God for grace and strength.

My last four days steps was 87,552

Total steps 1st to 31st 535,104.

My  last 4 days steps came to 51,193

Monday – 30min run, 45min Spin, upper body strength (back)

Tuesday – Normal day to day movement

Wednesday – 60min run, upper body strength (shoulders/arms), Abs

Thursday – 5 hours of shopping with my teen

 

Happy to announce that I did 337,732 steps in the month of May!

Yay!!!!!!

Good morning ladies and well done to all of us. These May challagne was not easy but i gave it my best i can and am very proud of my self. Normally i do about 6k or 7k at most on a daily basis but i had to go exal mile to achieve my set target ranging from walking, dance sporting ect anything that makes me move my leg. At the bringing walking was not easy as my legs were to heavy but as times goess it became easy and before u know it steps increases.  Last week i went to my vilage i had walk from my house to the church and to market and back home. Something i won’t even try to do in the frist place but i had joy doing my walk and singing along.  For me it was a good one.

Only did 56,479 steps for four days.

My total steps for the month of may is 339,878.
