Hello fit and fab ladies.

Hope we were able to meet our target last week? Never mind we have two weeks to make up before the end of the challenge. My week was topsey turvy was a bit under the weather but still managed to meet and go above my weekly target. The week that was:

Monday: 1hr 15mins jog/walk & 40mins cardio.

Tuesday: 1hr 30mins dance

wednessday: 2hrs 15mins walk

thursday: 2hrs walk

friday: 1hr 50mins walk

saturday: spring cleaning & dance. Total active hours was 12

Sunday: 1hr dance. & 30mins walk around my compound.

Total steps will be posted tomorrow

we can do this let’s keepmoving and keepwalking.

Total for week 1….drum roll please……62,018 steps. I am so proud of me!!! Hopefully my fitbit will be sorted by end of week 2.

84966 for week 1 total steps count for May

    84,966. This was a big challagne for me. I had to think on how to achieve the set target. Although i entered for the bronze medal but who knows thats what challagne is all about.

    Week 2 Total stepps count 99,312. It getting harder and my legs hurts. I kind of enjoy it now as i do less driving and work more. I dont miss my gym activities 5 times day. I love to dance. I dont seat more than 10 minutes without standing up and moving my body. All the same is a good one. Activities for the week. Zuma dace, aerobics, Tabitha 1st level and 2nd level. Steps aerobics, body pump with flat bars and with 15kg weight.

My steps for the week 65884

On May 1st I did 3899 steps on my Fitbit but it got wiped off when I tried syncing to my phone ! So posted my steps from my phone and the rest from my fitbit

Went out of my comfort zone to achieve set Steps target – some activities done listed below

TUESDAY – Running / Jogging  50mins

 

WEDNESDAY – Steps Aerobics 

THURSDAY – Dance Aerobics 

FRIDAY – Walk Walk Walk

SATURDAY – Steps / Dance Aerobics
