Successful Weight Loss Tip 2

So your journey has started, you made the bold and sensible decision to take control of your body. You want to be healthier, fitter, slimmer…. You’ve joined the gym and seen that there is a lot on offer, a wide array of machines, classes, personal training options. You’ve figured that to get the weight of you need to BURNNNNN the fat and you get into action, spinning, running, aerobics, body combat, strength training. You want to maximise your membership, you’re working out daily, the weight is falling off and then, something called ‘Life’ happens and you fall off the wagon.


Life happens to everyone. The unexpected that interrupts our routine. Life could be anything, it could even be the grind, the exercising several times a week grind. You look at how long your journey is and it all just starts to feel like too much of a grind. Then, you stop and you just can’t seem to get back on track again. It becomes difficult to schedule in structured workouts  4, 5, 6,7 days a week and as a result, your weight starts to creep back up again, you lose motivation and become discouraged.

Here’s my second tip,  “Do not depend on structured physical activity to lose weight”.
