Successful Weight Loss Tip 1

Hello everyone!

This is the first in a series of blog posts where I will be sharing tips on how to loose weight and keep the weight off. I will be sharing the the things I do that has resulted in me maintaining the same dress for the past 20 years – My Lifestyle.


I don’t believe in or subscribe to fad diets and quick fixes. They only lead to one road – DISAPPOINTMENT.  Fad diets and quick fixes are not sustainable, they are like houses built on sand, they will fall apart and fail.


We are now in the “instant gratification” age. We want things to happen quickly, right now, this very moment ,and very often when things don’t happen as quick as we’d like them to, we feel dejected, discouraged, depressed, we ‘think’ we have failed in our efforts and we throw in the towel. The good news is, you do not have to feel this way. You can achieve the body of your dreams. You can get to the dress size of your dreams and not have your size yo-yo-ing up and down.  You just have to go about it the right way, start with a solid foundation.


One of the things I tell my clients is that you have to think carefully about what you are doing. It really is something you have to do for the rest of your life – A Lifestyle.  If you can’t imagine yourself having 3 liquid meals daily forever, then why try and loose weight on a liquid diet? The weight is only going to go right back up when you start to eat normally.


So, to conclude, my first top is, start your journey in a way you can sustain, do what you can see yourself doing for the rest of your life.
